Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Role
We are an affiliate content platform. When you click a product link on our site and complete a purchase on a third-party retailer's platform, your transaction is solely between you and that retailer. We do not receive payment, handle inventory or process returns.
2. Returns via Retailers
Return eligibility depends on the retailer's policy and the specific product. Intimate wellness and hygiene products are often non-returnable once opened, in accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Rules and standard hygiene guidelines. Please check the product listing carefully before purchase.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact the retailer immediately — typically within 24–48 hours of delivery. Most retailers require photographic evidence. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), you have the right to replacement or refund for defective goods.
4. Affiliate Commission & Refunds
If you return a product and receive a refund from the retailer, any affiliate commission earned by us will be reversed by the affiliate programme. Your refund is not affected by this.
5. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law
As an Indian consumer, you are protected by:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — right to replacement, refund or compensation for defective goods or deficient services
- Legal Metrology Act, 2009 — right to accurate product information and pricing
- E-Commerce Rules, 2020 — right to clear return and refund policies from online sellers
