1. How Purchases Work
When you click a product link or "Buy" button on this website, you are redirected to a third-party retailer's website where the actual transaction takes place. The retailer — not Radiant Wellness Intimates — is the seller of record and is solely responsible for:

- Order processing and confirmation
- Packaging and dispatch
- Shipping timelines and delivery
- Order tracking
- Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments

3. Delivery Timeframes

- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–15 business days

4. Discreet Packaging
Many of our affiliate partners offer discreet, plain packaging for intimate wellness products. Please check the product listing or the retailer's packaging policy before purchasing if discreet delivery is important to you.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are determined and charged by the retailer at checkout. Many platforms offer free delivery above a minimum order value or for subscribed members. Radiant Wellness Intimates does not charge any shipping fees.
6. International Shipping
Availability of international shipping depends entirely on the retailer. Some products may not be available for international delivery. Import duties, customs fees and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Order Tracking
After placing an order on the retailer's site, you will receive tracking information directly from the retailer via email or SMS. Radiant Wellness Intimates does not have access to your order details or tracking information.
8. Shipping Issues & Support
For any issues related to delivery, damage, delay or incorrect items, please contact the retailer directly through which you made the purchase. Radiant Wellness Intimates cannot intervene in third-party orders.
